Eurochild and Terre des hommes' Daphne-CHILD programme has launched its call for proposals, offering €1.3 million in sub-grants to grassroots civil society organisations fighting violence against children in 9 countries across Europe.
The Daphne-CHILD programme aims to address violence against children, develop capacities of local CSOs, and inform wider regional work at the European level. It offers sub-grants ranging from €10,000 to €30,000 for projects lasting 12-18 months, starting from April 1, 2025. The programme seeks to improve child-rights based responses and services, emphasising children's meaningful participation in project design, delivery, and evaluation. Successful applicants will benefit from increased organizational capacity, networking opportunities, and the chance to influence European policy on child protection.
